Compression Limiters are a popular range with companies that have their own injection moulding machines, enabling them to introduce the component onto pins situated in the cavity prior to the moulding process. At this stage the cavity is closed, and material fills the cavity securing the compression limiter in place. Most variants can also be cold pressed if desired. Compression limiters can be produced by cold forming or machining, dependant on your required volume. Most commonly used in the automotive and injection moulding industries, these are available in various body styles, bore dimeters, materials and finishes.
