Bag content accuracy is assured with automation and weigh checking. From single to ten hopper feed, we have the option to utilising any combination of plain, printed and labelled bags or boxes, depending on your requirements.

Kitting At Crown Screw we pride ourselves to be able to offer both fastener and kitting solutions, with a wide range of options on bagging and boxing kits specific to your assembly. Kitting by hand can be a very timely and costly operation. Crown Screw Plant

1x Single Bowl

Perfect if your kit requirement only has 1 variant of fastener included.
The components are bowl fed into a track and counted with the use of lasers.
Capable of printing directly onto the bag to offer part numbers, descriptions and logos if required.

1x Twin Bowl

Perfect if your kit requirement only has 1-2 variants of fastener included.
The components are fed into a weigh checker for counting.
Capable of printing directly onto the bag to offer part numbers, descriptions and logos if required.

1x Four Bowl

Perfect if your kit requirement has up to four variants of fasteners.
The components are bowl fed into tracks and counted with the use of electro-magnetic censors.

1x Six Bowl

Perfect if your kit requirement has up to six variants of fasteners.
The components are bowl fed into tracks and counted with the use of lasers.
Capable of printing directly onto the bag to offer part numbers and descriptions if required.
This machine will accept compostable/biodegradable bags if plastic is not preferred.

1x Ten Bowl

Perfect if your kit requirement has up to ten variants of fasteners.
The components are bowl fed into tracks and counted with the use of electro-magnetic censors.
This machine has the option to add peculiar shaped parts by hand if they are not suitable to bowl feed.
This machine offers plain bags with the options of printed labels if required.

1x Boxing Machine

Perfect if your kit requirement only has 1 variant of fastener and you are looking for parts to be boxed rather than bagged.
The components are hopper fed into a track and are weigh counted to your desired qty.
Printed labels can be added that can offer logos, parts numbers, descriptions and more.

2x Hand operated packing stations

Perfect for products that may be of shapes that cannot be bowl fed.
Multiple items can be added by hand such as instruction leaflets, screw packs (various sizes) along with other components.
Capable of printing directly onto the bag to offer part numbers, descriptions and logos if required.
