The deep collar weld nut is very similar in application to a standard square or hexagonal weld nut, but has the added feature of a location collar inside of the projections. This allows more accurate positioning relative to the through hole in a pressing, whilst also providing the added benefit of keeping weld spatter out of the threads.

Hexagon Deep Collar Weld Nuts can also be supplied with Nycote thread masking applied if required.
