JK Nuts

Our range of JK Nuts provide a fast and efficient way to enable a female threaded fastener to be inserted into your desired plastic moulding in sheet thicknesses from 0.4mm up to 9.5mm. JK Nuts can also be used in other material if required, ready for further assembly options. This range of nuts has specifically been designed to offer a secure fix by mating with a matching threaded screw, securely clamping multiple work pieces together. Perfect for applications that are required to be assembled and dismantled time and time again, minimising damage to the mating material. Due to the insertion process, parts will be required to be riveted from one side of the workpiece using a hand or pneumatic rivet tool. Most commonly used in the automotive and injection moulding industries, these are available in various thread sizes, grip ranges, material and finishes. If a special is required, we can manufacture to your specific requirements.
