Laser Cut Profiles

Laser cut blanks can be offered with a whole host of materials including, Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium and Brass. Laser cutting is the process of cutting materials of varying thicknesses with a laser beam that is preprogrammed by CNC to complete your specified design ready for further assembly options. The beam is guided and formed so that when it hits the material, it vaporises and results in a cut edge. Laser cutting delivers a high level of accuracy and detail and is fast and consistent to different sizes and profiles. Utilising Solidworks CAD software, our experienced engineers can assist at the design stage to minimize unnecessary manufacturing costs. Full batch traceability and supporting quality documentation such as PPAP and IMDS are available. Most commonly used in the automotive, aerospace, defence, medical, rail, construction and fabrication industries.
