Rubber/Plastic Moulded Components

Crown screw can offer a wide range of rubber and plastic moulded parts to your drawing specifications. The process involves cavity tooling to which material is then introduced. At this stage the material can be compression heat shaped, formed or injected to create your desired product. Rubber moulds typically take longer to cure so have a lower cycle time, however the plastic injection process is much faster. Products can be manufactured in a vast array of materials, hardnesses and colours to suit your project requirements. Utilising Solidworks CAD software, our experienced engineers can assist at the design stage to minimize unnecessary manufacturing costs. Full batch traceability and supporting quality documentation such as PPAP and IMDS are available.
