We can offer both fastener and installation tools all under one roof, safe in the knowledge that fastener and tool work in harmony. From high end automotive customers, injection moulding, fabricators to low volume prototyping, we will have the precise components and tools for your requirements. This information page is designed to give you a brief insight into the world of rivet nut tooling, to enable you to select the right tool for your project. All our tools are supported with a 12 month warranty from date of invoice, however wearable parts and servicing are not included in the package. In house servicing, spares and repairs on all tools, new or old, is available to keep your equipment in prime condition.

Rivet Nut Hand Tools

Hand operated tools tend towards low volume production, offering a low cost solution to installation. Our tools can install rivet nuts from M3 diameter to M12. Each tool will set a range of rivet nuts within these thread ranges, which can vary between light and heavy duty options. Tool body variants are available, such as hand pliers, rachet tools and long reach, for those tricky to reach places. Each tool is supplied complete with a spare set of madrels, size dependant on the tool selected. Our team of engineers will be happy to assist in selecting the right tool for you.

Pneumatic Rivet Nut Tools

Pneumatic operated air tools tend towards faster and larger volume production, offering a more heavy duty variant for installation. Our tools are lightweight and easy to use and maintain. This range of tools can install rivets from M3 to M12. Each tool will set a range of rivet nuts within these thread ranges which can vary between light and heavy duty options. Each tool is supplied complete with spare nose pieces and mandrels, along with a bottle of oil to maintain your equipment. Our team of engineers will be happy to assist in selecting the right tool for you.

Battery Rivet Nut Tools

Battery operated tools tend towards faster and larger volume production, offering a more heavy duty variant for installation. With the advantage of not being coupled to an air hose, these offer a more portable solution, without compromising on performance. Our tools are lightweight and easy to use and maintain. This range of tools can install rivet nuts from M3 to M12. Each tool will set a range of rivet nuts within these thread ranges which can vary between light and heavy duty options. Each tool is supplied complete with spare nose pieces and mandrel, along with one bottle of oil to maintain your equipment.
