Rivet Nuts

Our rivet nuts provide a fast, efficient and cost-effective way to fix nut to sheet fabrication, enabling a female threaded nut to be permanently attached ready for further assembly processes. Parts are simply located into a pre-cut hole in the mating material and are set in place from one side of the workpiece using a rivet nut tool either hand, battery or pneumatic. They can also be installed using our feeder and insertion equipment, which is most suited to high volume and speed installation requirements. Due to the product design and insertion process, you can expect to see high torque values and pull-out forces that are suitable for heavy duty fixing. Most commonly used in the automotive pressing, fabrication, rail, marine, electrical and electronic industries. They are available in various head and body styles, thread sizes, grip ranges, materials and finishes. If a special is required, we can manufacture to your specific requirements.

Rivet Studs

Our rivet studs provide a fast, efficient and cost-effective way to fix studs to sheet fabrication, enabling a male threaded stud to be permanently attached ready for further assembly processes. Parts are simply located into a pre-cut hole in the mating material and are set in place from one side of the workpiece using a rivet stud tool either hand, battery or pneumatic. They can also be installed using our feeder and insertion equipment, which is most suited to high volume and speed installation requirements. Due to the product design and insertion process, you can expect to see high torque and high pull-out forces that are suitable for heavy duty fixing. Rivet Bushes

Our rivet bushes provide a fast, efficient and cost-effective way to fix round nuts to sheet fabrication, enabling a female threaded bush to be permanently attached ready for further assembly processes. Parts are simply located into a precut hole in the mating material that enables the spigot of the bush to protrude from the sheet. Using a profiled punch and adequate pressure, the spigot is riveted over the sheet creating a firm hold. They can also be installed in-die using our feeder and insertion equipment, which is most suited to high volume and speed installation requirements. Due to the product design and insertion process, you can expect to see high torque values that are suitable for heavy duty fixing. Most commonly used in the automotive pressing and fabrication industry, they are available in various body styles, thread sizes, grip ranges, materials and finishes.
